Hello,

Apologies for posting something a bit out of the blue. I hope that's ok.

We are organising an event called MUSEOMIX UK, which will be taking
place between the 08th and 10th of November at the Iron Bridge Museums
in Shropshire. We are looking for participants - coder, web
developers, makers - and we were wondering if this is something you
might be interested in participating.

What is MUSEOMIX UK?

During 3 days people from different backgrounds - graphic design,
interaction design, content, museum, web development and coding,
makers - meet, team up, and collaborate with the aim of hacking part
of the museums and designing a prototype for museum visitors to try
out.

If you are interested in participating, please apply on our website
between the 6th and 16th September, outlining the skills you can bring
to the museomix community.


MUSEOMIX is a community of museum professionals, innovators and
digital experts, art lovers, science enthusiasts, and others
passionate about education and culture, who meet during a 3 day
workshop in a museum with a joint aim: imagine a new way to share and
enjoy museums.


In 2013, it will take place in France, Québec and the UK.
