It depends on you distribution as to wether it will be automatically
recognised. Mandrake did the last time I used it, however Fedora
doesn't. Either way, mounting the device is a trivial process, all the
drivers should be already there (digital cameras often use the same
driver).
If you get stuck, let me know. I have a few of these devices lying
around.
