[SLUG] ibook problems (offtopic)

Hi folks,

I realise this isn't really Linux related, but know many of you have
ibooks or similar.

I was sent this recently from an Apple using friend whose rather annoyed
with the behaviour of Apple recently.  He asked I pass this on to Gav,
but thought others here would be interested too.
