Jeez, is this normal?

The E-MU knowledge base is unavailable. Then a search through the whole
thing for Linux comes up with nothing.

So I raise a support query through their form and there's a popup for OS:
Windows ME, 98, 95, XP, 2000, NT, 3.xx, Mac OS, DOS and OS/2.

Are we really that far out on a limb that we are less important than OS/2,
Windows 3.11 and DOS?
