[SLUG] date of January meeting

Hello, All,
I would like to book a couple of weeks at home in Whitby, immediately 
after the New Year, and to make the January meeting.  Is there any news 
yet whether this will be 3rd or 9th.  If there's a choice, I'd prefer 
9th, travelling up the night before, rather than travelling New Year's 
Day, at the peak of the alcoholic period.
