I've been doing it roughly since the time of that thread. 

The list seems to be targetted by many companies who believe we are
fat, in debt, have high morgage rates and small penis's.

I while away many hours by collecting a weekload of spam and mailing
it back to a single company, or filling out their contact forms with
the details of my enemies.

Great fun.
