The terms and conditions according the the lug.org.uk site are: "The 
only "strings" being, your site and services must be only used to set 
up, manage and maintain a USER GROUP for other local enthisiasts." I 
didn't sign anything more in depth than that. I guess it's a simple 'be 
good' policy.
