[SLUG] invasion of internet use

I'm not advocating lawbreaking, but does anyone feel any concern, as I 
do, at the gathering invasion of what was free, uncontrolled by 
government and big business, and open to us all?
Do any others see dangers here far greater than those of leaving the 
internet in its anarchic state?
I speak of the US courts onslaught on Google and others
