[SLUG] Hello! List guidelines missing

The web site said to say hello, so hi. Recently arrived in Scarborough, 
formerly of Bristol, lurked around http://bristolwireless.net/ and work for 
http://freenetproject.org/ . Have run linux exclusively for some years now, 
although some folk on my LAN insist on using legacy OSs (2K pro, some of them 
dual boot).

Finally, the list guidelines mentioned in the welcome mail get a 404.
