[SLUG] SLG meetings in February

Hi

I didn't put out any reminder for the last SLG social meeting as my email was 
down I did get to the Valley at 7.50pm.  My apologies to anyone who did try 
to make the meeting but found no-one around.  For future reference the times 
we agreed were:

Technical meeting - 1st monday of each month at the Blind and Partially 
Sighted Centre:

Social meeting - 3rd monday of each month at the Valley.

That makes February's meetings Monday 4th and Monday 18th.
