[SLUG] How do I stop Fedora maximising my windows?

To be honest, no. Top right I can get to System Settings, but they seem
fairly basic. There's a screen thing under that with just brightness and
lock and that's it.

Alternatively under the 'Activities' link top left I can get to a list of
applications and there's nothing jumps out at me there except the same
basic system settings.

I can provide screenshots.
