[sclug] Automaic gpg key retrieval with Evolution.

Hi,
	I've been getting to terms with evolution over the last few 
days. I've found ways to do most things but I'm stuck on automagic 
gpg key retrieval.  (mutt had that built in I seem to recall. )

	Any ideas?
