Mailscanner checks emails for spam (using spamassassin).
If you have a listed virus checker, it can check emails for virii too
(providing the mailscanner anti-virus parser and the AV app itself can
talk).
I'm now looking at Testing version of mailscanner, and ClamAV (Stable
doesn't support ClamAV). Its for a production server so hope it is *stable*
enough!!
