Hi All,
Debian seems to have most things covered with its packages and dists.
Woody has quotas built in. Does the stable Samba (2.2.3a-12.3[security])
have quota support compiled into it?
According to my book (SAMS 24hr Samba), Samba does not implement quotas
internally, it is done by the filesystem. Sambas support for quotas only
involves correctly reporting the available disk space to the user.
It is a compile time option, and no smb.conf parameters are applicable.
I ask, as it *doesnt* seem to report the quota, but Debian is normally good
with this kinda thing.
Cheers
Chris
