Ah! I have a 'reply to list' option - thanks for that.

I am using evolution at the moment - The only downside is that it still
leaves the posters address in the to: field and places the list add in
the cc: field (which means the poster will get duplicate emails).
However there is a 'pipe message to shell command' in the rules section
which is quite interesting :)
