You hit select the kernel you want to boot (probably the default, I'm 
guessing) and hit "e" to edit the boot options. Select the line with the 
kernel in it, and again hit "e". Add "pci=noacpi" to the end of the string, 
and hit enter, then hit "b" to boot the kernel with the changes you've made.
