If it were me, I'd use ADSL. Do you intend to run your own SMTP, etc,
server? If so, it doesn't matter so much, but a friend of mine was
experiencing delays of up to four hours sending mail via NTL's servers
recently. I put a Linux box in there for him, which is better, but he
can't get fixed IP. I'm using ADSL, two fixed IP addresses, ?22.95 per
month.
