[sclug] KDE offline

I think the confusion arose because of the .com and .org domain types.
kde.com had nothing to do with kde.org. kde.org is the official KDE site
and kde.com was a semi-commercial support site. kde.com is the one that
closed.

Not true. apps.kde.com HAS been shut down, but has been replaced by
www.kde-apps.org which is better anyway.
