There's probably no reason why shouldn't but AOL claim to be fighting
spam so I approve. If they are right why don't lots more ISPs bounce
mail from dynamic addresses?  It's easy to fix (with ntl b/b); I just
changed DS in sendmail.cf to DSsmtp.ntlworld.com (thanks Mark) and
mail now gets through.
