A new wireless broadband service is starting in the Slough/Windsor area
provided by www.netvigator.co.uk/
Has anybody any experience of this system on Linux? This is my
correspondence with netvigator. It seems like it needs special software
to make it work.

Dear John,
Thank you for your interest in netvigator service.
Currently, netvigator is only tested on MS and Mac envoirnment. The netvigator requires a software dialer whichs works both these plaftform. To use it on Linux, you will probably seek information through some open sources.
Just a quick note, we use PPPoE for protocols.
Thank you.
Best regards
