[sclug] How to start a LUG?

Why setup another when one already exists? If every major town that
had a college setup a LUG there'd be thousands of them.

Brighton has a LUG which is separate from Sussex. Isle Of Wight has
one which isn't part of Hampshire. A new Portsmouth LUG recently
started, but as far as I know has very few members..

I just dont see the point myself.
