[sclug] How to start a LUG?

Indeed; the Bristol & Bath LUG alternates its meetings between Bristol and
er... Bath. Bristol also has mid-month evening meets as well. The Bath lot
are welcome to do the same, but they haven't bothered yet.

Further, the South Wales LUG meets in various cities along the South Wales
coast. Seems to work for them, too.

I will note, however, that in regards to BBLUG, most of the people who turn
up to both venues are from Bristol, which does tend to cause some irritation
on the part of Bristolians who've travelled to Bath specially...
