Out of interest, why did you think that SCLUG would be a sensible place to
ask this question, compared with, say,
alt.consumers.uk-discounts.and.bargains, misc.consumers.frugal-living,
uk.finance or <http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/>, or indeed, using Google
to search for 'uk cheap electricity'?
