Two good solutions to check out are www.sugarcrm.com and www.vtiger.com
vtiger is based on sugar.
Both are web based but can be run locally.

Morning all.

Does anyone have any recommendations of CRM (Customer Relationship
Management) software?

I am looking for something that is...
- OSS
- Simple to maintain
- Established (need something stable/reliable)
- Can be used by either *NIX and Windows clients 
- Web based GUI would be nice
- Easy to use (Will not require too much user training)
- Runs on Debian without any serious hacking
