[sclug] Windows 2k/2k3 won't boot <==Mandrake9.2/10.1 Official

What's in your /boot/grub/grub.conf ? You may need to mount your boot 
partition first: mount /boot

Also, the mounting of the Windows partitions would be because of your 
settings in the /etc/fstab file.
