[sclug] keyboard shortcuts in KDE?

Gnome (at least as shipped with ubuntu) lets one use windows-style 
keyboard shortcuts such as Alt-spacebar to access the window menu (so 
for example Alt-spacebar N minimises the current window).

Is there anything equivalent in KDE? The ony one I can find is that old 
IBM/Microsoft abomination Alt-F4 to close a window (which I don't care 
for since ^W and ^Q seem to me far preferable (except when I use the 
latter where I meant the former, of course :-))
