I am not as Linux savvy as I would like ot be and have used both Ipcop 
and Smoothwall as Firewalls and they are easy to set up. Did try with 
Iptables and think I managed something but was not as confident about it 
as Ipcop and Smoothwall. One note of caution though . They both wipe the 
machine you are installing on and dont really provide for adding 
anything else to them, at least in my limited experience.
