The Remix Reading open media labs are always available for install fests. 
Every other Saturday (27th, 10th, 24th, etc.) from whenever until 5pm latest.

We held a Linuxy day a while back without a lot of publicity and had a 
moderate success. With a bit more advance time, more publicity and fewer 
people being away on the date it could work well again :-)
