Hi,

There are some really interesting ideas in Martin Michlmayr's Release
Management in Large Free Software Projects talk which is hosted on

It's interesting if you're at all interested in releasing software, and
in Gnome or Debian's release successes and failures.

It's an hour long but well worth it (and mostly you can just listen and
do other things).
