I normally use the Medibuntu as one of my standard repositories, for Skype and 
other things, go here:
http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/

they still have repository support apparently for Dapper and Edgy, should work 
in theory, see Repository How-to:
http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/repository.php
