[sclug] Dell asking for comments on their PCs

Don't know if any of you have seen this:

Dell have asked for comments on their products and services in order
to give customers what they want. The comments include "Linux instead
of Windows", "Pre-Installed OpenOffice (alternative to MS Works &
MS Office)", "Better compatibility with Linux", "No more overseas tech
support.", "Better linux drivers", etc.

Whether they implement any of it is another question, but I guess
if enough people want it they may.
