That appears to solve your problem, with no Reply-To: change.

If you are unhappy with this, consider this scenario: I send
an email message with "To:" set to a friend and also to a list.
Additionally, I "Cc:" a second list.

How would you propose that "Reply-To:" should be modified?
Which list should do the modifying?
