Something has bugged me over the years. It's troubled me on almost all
UNIX based systems that I've worked on and promptly stops me from doing

Why do most terminals lock up once CTRL-s is pressed - and importantly,
is there a way to resume after this!?

The T3 to the XF86 Server is screwed because of the evil spock with a
goatee. Tech Support is having Robert Mann to write some scripts.
