[sclug] Help with Compiz/Ubuntu

Can anyone help with a little nightmare I'm having with Compiz on Ubuntu
7.10?

Somehow, in fiddling around in the Compiz settings manager (or maybe the
Emerald theme manager that I got from the Ubuntu repositories) I've
managed to switch off (I think it was me :-) ) the window title bar -
the bit at the top of each window with all the controls. I can't find
anything obvious in either of these two apps to turn it back on again.

Any ideas?
