Hi,

I am working with a design agency based in Berkshire (think: Maidenhead,
Windsor, Slough areas) that are looking to hire an accomplished/ strong
developer.

As the job will involve managing their development team, it is important
that you have some experience of working in a team lead or even a more
senior management role. Further tasks will involve: reviewing code,
working and liaising with 3rd party software suppliers and development
of new systems for both internal and client use.  It's important that
you work with the development team to keep them aware of trends and
improvements in techniques and technology.

They want someone who has:

advanced PHP 5 knowledge/experience (Object Oriented)
knowledge of formal development methodology (Agile, Waterfall etc)
PHP Frameworks - MVC architecture
experience of managing Linux/Apache Servers
advanced rdb design experience such as MySQL
competent writing HTML, XHTML and CSS
good knowledge of web standards and browser compliance
