[sclug] Wanted: online password store

I have about a bajillion username/password pairs for all sorts of
things. Right now I have a big list of them in a location that's not as
secure as I would like.

Can anyone suggest a trustworthy online password repository for storing
this sort of stuff?

Requirements:

- - *online*. No, I cannot use a desktop app for this.

- - doesn't send me passwords across the network in the clear!

For example, clipperz.com claims to do this; they app sends the
encrypted data across the network, then local Javascript code decrypts
it (using a passphrase you supply) and displays the data for you. The
thing is, while they *look* suitably cypherpunk, I know nothing about
their trustworthiness...
