Yes, probably - either here, or on a sub-list if people on this list 
don't want to be bothered by such things.

Or else at the end of each meeting, if someone knows that they've got 
something that they want to talk about next time.

Pretty informally, basically, as I've no idea how well, if at all, this 
is going to work, or if anyone has anything they'd like to talk about or 
hear about.
