Settings | Configure Kmail | Identities
  create a New or Modify an existing identity
in the Advanced tab
  the Change button will display your key-ring and let you assocciate one of
your keys with that identity.

Don't use more keys than you can remember the passphrses for! (although you=

can have the same passphrase for more than one key)
