[Scottish] Buying new Hardware - Advice

Hi,

The board powers up for 4-5 seconds at a time. Tried everythin i can dig out
of google, done all the obvious ones, use a processor known to work, workin
memory, 400watt power supply etc. i'm no electronic engineer so sod it,
RMA'd the other day, winging its way back to sheffield :)
