[Scottish] Floodwiring new houses

All,

This is slightly off topic however.....

If you were were buying a new house before it was complete
what would you pay for having it floodwired with Cat 5e
by the builders before you move in (and therefore save
the aggro of ripping up carpets, skirting boards etc)?

Say in a 3 bedroom house, one point per bedroom, 2 in the
lounge, 2 in the study.  Buyer to provide their own switch
etc.
