[Scottish] TO UPGRADE OR NOT TO UPGRADE.. that is the ?

hi group

i've happily been running SuSE 7.3 for a coupleof years now with virtually
no problems whatsover..  i'm at the stage now where i'm wondering if there
is any benefit in an upgrade as my proxy server works fine; mail server is
fine; samba ok and so on..

question is this..  is there a good reason to upgrade or should i leave
things as they are if they ain't broke..  and if i do upgrade, do i have to
start from scratch again (given that it's had plenty of tweaks over the last
two years)..

i have a Dell Poweredge 800MHz serving 5PCs and i'm thinking about adding
another 800MHz PIII CPU as there is only one in the box at the moment when
it actually can support two..
