Intrallect is an innovative software company working in learning=20

It produces a world-leading Learning Object Repository system,=20
intraLibrary.

Due to expansion of Intrallect's customer base and a growing number of=20=

new feature requirements, Intrallect needs an additional software=20
developer to join the intraLibrary development team. The successful=20
candidate will be a talented programmer. They will be reliable,=20
flexible and keen to acquire new skills as part of their daily work.

Required Skills and Experience:
The candidate should be able to demonstrate all of the following
=95 At least two years experience in enterprise Java, including servlets
=95 Experience of applying relational databases
=95 Knowledge of XML and related specifications
=95 Experience with web interface technologies, including HTML, DHTML,=20=

JavaScript
=95 Awareness of and enthusiasm for Agile Development methodologies and=20=

practices, including:
	 o Test-first programming
  	 o Pair programming
=95 Bachelors degree

Terms and Conditions:
Salary circa =A325,000 pa plus share options. The contract is permanent,=20=

but there will be an initial probationary period of three months.
