[Scottish] New Website

Hi

I have been working on a new website for ScotLUG using drupal to address
the functionality issues that people feel there are in the current one.

The test website is at:

	http://dev.scotlug.org.uk/

I'd appreciate if people could let me know of any suggestions/problems
they have.
