[Scottish] Help! for newbie.

Hi guys,

A very new linux user/non-tec, has just moved to near Castle Douglas,
Dumfries(?) south west Scotland, has a problem.

She seems to have shut down her linuix sys. in the middle of startup! 
this has blocked her from loging in from both linux(it wants admin to
manual correct)and her dual boot win98.

Do you have any one near her who would be able/willing to help her?
