[Scottish] OT: laptops for charity

Hi,
I've been roped into helping a local charity try to get a good deal on 4
laptops for general use.  Current minimum spec seems pretty reasonable for
what they need them for, Can anyone recommend any vendors to approach with
the possibility of any kind of discount for a registered charity, or vendors
who are possible candidates for throwing in some kind of upgrade, at the
standard list price? Perhaps you're in the position of selling kit, and
reckon your company getting a mention in a local paper would get you some
"brownie points"  any help greatly appreciated
