Also it extends beyond "computers" to other consumer devices - Sky+, iPod, DVD / HD-DVD / BD 
players. People need to be aware this isn't just a computer issue, it will affect the devices they 
buy over the coming years which claim to make their lives easier/better/more fulfilling.
