[Scottish] Reintroduction

Having at last managed to complete the move to Scotland I am re-joining all 
the LUG's I had become of prior to my move to Scotland. Getting reconnected 
to an ISP took longer than I had expected. However I am now returned, both to 
the various LUG's and Scotland.
