[Scottish] scotlug website

Instead of starting with the website - may be folks should be showing up
with ideas of what they want the ScotLUG site to accomplish

Message board
Shared Calendar
Event organising
Other LUGs news gathering
Posting of talk transcripts or recordings

I can see the idea of advertising other LUGs events while not being the
controlling body of these events. Umbrella while not being an umbrella
organisation.
