[Scottish] Can you recommend an ISP

I would agree with Hamish, Be is excellent and if it's available on  
your exchange you should definitely  check it out. Or alternatively if  
you have an O2 mobile check out O2's LLU packages, they're pretty much  
the same as Be since they use the same network, just cheaper for  
existing O2 customers.
