[Scottish] Scotlug this week!

Afternoon Scotluggers,

It's hit that part of the month *already*! It's time (on Thursday) for
another Scotlug!

This month, we've got Michael Maclean, better known as mgdm, giving us a
talk on "Making Computers See" with the cool and exciting things that OpenCV
can do.
